Of an Arab and a Camel...

This evening one exceptionally lucky little girl was swept off her feet by an Arab and gently deposited on a camel.  Her evening was rounded off by an Iraqi dinner and a walk through the local Souq (market).  Thankfully, she knew she was an extremely lucky child.

  1. Cool Camel. Looks like you are really getting into the different culture. _ Grant

  2. Alice and Lucy plus Grandma think that Teagan really enjoyed her camel ride. Teagan needs to ride a two huped camel next! Merrico

  3. Thanks Lucy and Alice - I will see what we can do. And Grant, yes, we are trying to get into the culture - and it is not too hard so far as everyone is so kind (apart from when driving) and the food and surrounds really interesting.

  6. Thanks Lorna and Val for your comments!!
Lorna - I am sure the dinner was a success - no doubt the weather is cooling down for you...don't work too hard and if you need a break, come over for a visit, I am sure you can cuddle a camel too.

Val - I will keep you up to date via this blog site. I am about to load a bit of a comment on "preschool education from an uninitiated Mother's perspective". Be good, Kirsty
